Which Mahadasha Feels Heaviest

The mahadashas people dread are the long malefic ones: Saturn at 19 years and Rahu at 18. Ketu is sharper and only 7 years. The Sun is hot and only 6. Dread without a chart usually names Saturn because the years are many and the nature is delay. That reputation is incomplete. Saturn yogakaraka for Taurus or Libra can be the best 19 years in the life. Rahu in the 11th can be a gains period. The dreadful version is the same planet placed in the 8th or 12th, debilitated, or conjunct the Moon.

The 8th lord's mahadasha, whoever owns it, is the other candidate, because the longevity and crisis house then has the main clock.
