Jyothish SI provides digital Vedic Astrology services including:

• Birth Chart Generation: Calculation of accurate birth charts (Kundli) using Swiss Ephemeris with Lahiri Ayanamsa
• Varga Charts: All 16 divisional charts (D1 through D60)
• Dasha Analysis: Vimshottari Dasha calculations with Maha, Antar, and Pratyantar periods
• AI-Powered Predictions: Personalized predictions for career, health, relationships, finance, and more
• Premium Reports: Detailed written reports on specific life areas
• Transit Analysis: Current planetary transit effects on your birth chart
• Yoga Analysis: Identification of auspicious and challenging planetary combinations
• Compatibility Matching: Ashtakoota-based partner compatibility analysis

4. Pricing, Payment, and Billing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as applicable
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Applicable taxes (GST, etc.) will be added at checkout
• We reserve the right to offer promotional discounts at our discretion

4.2 Payment Methods

• Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card information.

• Premium Plan: Enhanced features, unlimited charts, and premium reports
• Professional Plan: All features including API access and priority support

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each billing cycle until you cancel.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the payment. Continued payment failures may result in suspension of your subscription until payment is resolved.

In summary: once a service, report, membership, subscription, wallet top-up, AI insight, or consultation has been purchased and payment has been processed, the purchase is final. There is no cooling-off period, money-back guarantee, or prorated refund. We only correct proven duplicate captures of the same order, or a payment that was taken when access was never granted and cannot be granted. Dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations, a change of mind, unused time, or unused wallet balance does not qualify.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on the Jyothish SI website, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, icons, images
• Software, algorithms, and code
• Report templates and chart designs
• Prediction methodologies and interpretations
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names

are the exclusive property of Jyothish SI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the personal information you provide (birth details, etc.). By submitting this information, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of providing our Services.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Services

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JYOTHISHAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your reliance on astrological predictions
• Any decisions made based on the Services
• Any actions taken or not taken based on our content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jyothish SI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

• Unused subscription periods are not refundable

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We are not liable to you for any termination of your access to the Services.

• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India
• Jurisdiction: The courts of Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jyothish SI regarding the Services.

11.2 Severability

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
