Tula Rashi: Venus's Sign, Sun's Fall, Saturn's Rise

Any planet in Tula is in Venus's sign. Venus is at home if it is the one there. The Sun in Tula is neecha, a defined weakness of authority and the father-principle, subject only to a real neecha bhanga. Saturn in Tula is uchcha, a strong Saturn of structure, delay, and labor. A person can have neither. Tula as a Sun sign means the Sun is the weak one. Tula as a lagna means the whole house count starts in Libra, Venus rules the self, and Saturn rules the 4th and the 5th as yogakaraka. The slogan about Tula natives mixes these cases.

Libra is an air sign, with Gemini and Aquarius. It is chara, movable, with Aries, Cancer, and Capricorn. It is the natural 7th sign of the zodiac, which is why it is talked about as partnership. That natural order is not your 7th house unless your lagna is Aries. For a Tula lagna the 7th is Aries, lord Mars, so the marriage lord is Mars and Mangal topics arrive through lordship even before Mars occupies a manglik house. Strengths and weaknesses follow the graha that is actually in Tula, plus the lagna lord if Tula is rising.

Chandra in Tula means the mind is in Venus's sign, and Sade Sati is counted from Tula: Saturn through Virgo, Tula, and Scorpio. The guna milan of a marriage match also uses this Moon. None of that is a character sketch of charm and indecision, which is the popular pair of words. Venus mahadasha, 20 years, will emphasize Tula themes if Venus is strong. Saturn mahadasha, 19 years, will emphasize them if Saturn is the one exalted there. Read the occupant. The sign is the room. The graha is the resident.
