Mangal dosha is not inside the 36 at all. It is Mars in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th, or 12th. A no can be any one of these. Ask which test failed before you treat the whole kundli as a refusal. A Nadi zero with a strong graha maitri is not the same no as a 7th lord in the 8th in both charts and in both Navamshas.
