What your chart can actually show
The 12th house is exit, distance, and loss. When the 7th lord occupies the 12th, or the dasha of the 7th lord runs while a 12th-house planet is also active, the native experiences the marriage as leaving or as living apart. A planet in the 7th, during its own antardasha, can do the same if it is a separating influence such as Saturn, Rahu, or Ketu. That is your experience of the 7th.
