Property Yoga: the 4th Lord and Mars

Kendras are houses 1, 4, 7, and 10. Trikonas are 1, 5, and 9. A 4th lord in the 4th, 1st, 7th, 10th, 5th, or 9th has a classical stage. Dignity multiplies it: Mars exalted in Makara as 4th lord is a different promise from Mars debilitated in Karka.
