Leo, the Sun's Sign, and the 7th House Before Marriage

Simha is the Sun's own rashi. If Leo is the Sun's sign, Surya is at home, and the 7th house is still counted from the lagna, which may not be Leo. Pride, visibility, and a need to be seen are solar themes. They describe the house the Sun occupies. They do not describe the spouse unless the Sun happens to be the 7th lord or sits in the 7th. A Leo Sun with Venus debilitated in Virgo is a different marriage story from a Leo Sun with Venus in its own sign. The Sun can be magnificent and the 7th lord can still sit in the 12th, sending the bond toward distance or private life. None of that is fixed by being born in the Sun's month-long stay in Simha.
