The word means the graha owns both an angle and a trine, so its period can lift status and fortune together. For Vrishabha that period is Saturn's 19 years, or Saturn antardashas, and the topics are dharma and career. For Tula the topics are home and children or intelligence. Other lagnas do not get this gift. For Mesha, Saturn rules the 10th and 11th, useful houses, but not a trikona, so it is a worker of career and gains, not the yogakaraka. For Karka, Saturn rules the 7th and the 8th, a hard pair. Calling that Saturn positive because Saturn is 'disciplined' swaps a moral compliment for a lordship.

Yogakaraka Saturn in Tula is exalted and doing its best work. Yogakaraka Saturn in Mesha is fallen and still the 9th and 10th lord for a Vrishabha native, so the career comes with friction.
