Buying a House from the 4th House

Buying a house is a 4th-house matter of home and property, and the payment stress around it is read in the 6th house of debt. The 4th lord's sign shows how the home comes: easily, late, through family, or with a fight. Mars has a natural link with land, so Mars and the 4th lord are read together, and they are not the same planet unless Mars rules the 4th. The Moon shows whether the mind can rest in the place. Venus often shows the comfort and the vehicle that arrives with a household. Once the dasha supports a purchase, a muhurta can choose the hour: tithi, weekday, and the Moon's nakshatra according to the manual your priest uses. That is a day-picking craft. It cannot rescue a 4th lord who is years away from his bhukti. The mother's condition and ancestral property are also 4th-house topics, so a purchase from the family is a different chart sentence from a purchase on the open market. Say which one you are doing. A gemstone for the 4th lord is worn only if the chart has named him and his other house is acceptable. For a Cancer lagna the 4th lord is Venus, who also rules the 11th, a gains house, and the stone would be diamond. For an Aries lagna the 4th lord is the Moon, and the stone would be pearl. Those are not five stones. They are two examples of one rule.
